Return Policy

Not happy with your order? No problem! We stand behind our products and offer free returns in the United States.


Bellani accepts returns on items that meet the following requirements:

1. Return is initiated and mailed back by the customer within seven (7) days of delivery date.
2. The item is new, unworn/unused, unwashed and in original packaging with tags attached.


Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.


If you are located outside of North America, your order does not qualify for free returns. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.


Original Condition: All returns must be unused, unwashed, in the same condition that you received it, and returned in the original packaging with all tags attached and come from a smoke-free environment.


Shipping Charges: Original shipping costs are not eligible for a refund on returns. Return shipping to Bellani is the responsibility of the customer. Return shipping must include tracking. Bellani is not liable for any lost returned items.


Change to Order: Refunds will not be granted if the customer ordered the incorrect size/color/quantity etc. We ship the exact item(s) that you select at the time of purchase. If you require a change to your order, please email us ASAP and we will try our best to accommodate your request before the order is processed and shipped. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot make changes to your order, and a refund will not be granted.


Care in Ordering: Please make sure to read our item descriptions carefully. Please bear in mind that photo may slightly different from actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor’s display.


All Sales Final Items: Purchasing a product marked as “All Sales Final” means exactly that, and returns or exchanges will not be accepted.


Delivery: All orders are guaranteed for delivery. If orders are not received due to circumstances beyond our control, a replacement item will be ordered. The replacement item will be shipped to the original Shipping Address listed at the time the original order was placed.




Return Process:


Step 1. Email us at with the following information within seven (7) days of delivery date:

    • Subject “Order #(Include Your Order Number) Refund Request”

    • Include your name

    • Described the issue

    • Attach photos if applicable.


Step 2. We will review your return request and issue a Return Authorization if approved. We will inform you of the return shipping address.


Step 3. Pack the item(s) securely with all original packaging and all tags attached, and mail with the provided return shipping label.


Step 4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.


Step 5. Refunds are processed within three (3) business days. Please note that it may take up to seven (7) business days for refunds to be posted to the original method of payment.


Every once in a while an issue may occur with an order. We are all only human! If this is the case, we are happy to assist you in any way we can. If the problem occurred as a result of an error on our part, we are more than happy to replace or refund the item.
